Biel 3 Bern 2

Biel, Swiss- There were 6021 spectators at Biel's old stadium to see a confrontation of titans between Tyler Seguin(Biel) and John Tavares(Bern). First period begins with good speed and skating but both both teams were able to score goals. It will be Bern to score first by Mark Streit(14:51) during 4 against 4 after a assist by Byron Ritchie. The second for Bern would come on the Power-Play by Swiss legend Ivo Ruthemann(19:08) after a fast pass by John Tavares.

The Second period would be different, home team Biel improve their game psychically and also in the neutral zone. Eric Beaudoin(26:16) scores shorthanded after a pass from Marc-Antoine Pouliot. At 36:59 Jakob Micflikier ties the game(5 against 3) and 45 seconds later Biel managed to score the third by Boston Bruin Tyler Seguin this time at 5 against 4. New assist by Pouliot. It seems that the Power-Play finally works at Biel with Seguin on the team.

Third period with a lot of rhythm. Bern wants to tie the game, but Biel managed to keep the score in a pretty good victory that will give  motivation for the future.

Flash interview

John Tavares:  " I didn't think Bern was weaker in the first period, Biel managed to came strong and win the game. The ice quality wasn't the better one. And was not god for our game specially in transitions. Also we had a bad Power-play and a bad Penalty-killing"

Jakob Micflikier: " I'm impressed by the atmosphere in the stadium, it was crazy and definitively give us motivation to improve our game. The first period was a little bit chaotic and the was not psychically present. But we have change that in second period. Having a player like Tyler Seguin in the team and specially in my line helps a lot. He creates a lot of space and allowed me to be more productive"
