The club was founded in 1986 merging the clubs of Megève and Saint-Gervais, two of most traditional and successful in French hockey. Megeve was champion of France in 1984 and Saint-Gervais in 1969, 1974, 1975, 1983, 1985 and 1986.

After 3 seasons and 2 titles (87-88) club was disbanded, Megeve and Saint-Gervais are back to play as single club in minor leagues. In 2002 the club was re-estabilishedand immediately won 1st Division to come back in Magnus Ligue
