The winner of the finals is Danish Champion.
Bronze for Rødovre in Denmark
Rødovre won bronze in the Danish playoff after winning the bronze series against Odense. Both games ended with a draw and Rødovre won after penaly shootout

Odense won the first of the Danish finals against Herning 2-0. Mathias Thinnesen and Mikkel Ankjær Nielsen scored the goals.

One of the greatest Danish players ever, Kim Staal, is back in Danish ice hockey. He left his Danish team Herlev at age 15 to play most of his career in Sweden, except for one season in AHL (Milwaukee Admirals). Staal who has been troubled by injuries the last two seasons has signed a contract with Herning. Staal has played 14 World Championships with Denmark including 8 in the Elite group.
