J20 Elit is the 2nd level Under-20 league in Sweden. It is played in 3 regional divisions, South, West and East. In the north of Sweden there aren't enough Under-20 teams to form a division. The Under-20 teams of the north of Sweden participate in the senior's Division 2 or 3.
