AIK - Djurgården 4-3 OT

The important derby between AIK and Djurgården was won by AIK after overtime. Johannes Salmonsson scored the game winner 44 seconds into the overtime with his second goal of the game. The start of the game was delayed for 30 minutes after disturbances by the fans. When the game started it was AIK that came out strongest and Victor Ahlström opened the scoring with a nice volley goal but Daniel Brodin tied the game late in the period with a nice individual effort, two unusual scorers this season as they both scored their second goal of the season. AIK was the better team but failed to take advantage of their momentum in the second but early in the third 2-1 finally came when Robert Rosén finished a beautiful power play. But just a minute later Josef Boumedienne tied the game after some chaos in front of Fasth in the AIK goal. Johannes Salmonsson made it 3-2 for AIK on a 4 on 4 but on the same 4 on 4 Andreas Holmqvist tied the game again.

Brynäs - MoDo 5-3

MoDo came out strong and was 2-0 up after five minutes but after that it was all about Brynäs who had 21-6 in shots during in the first period. Despite that they were down 1-2. In the second Brynäs scored both 2-2 and 3-2. All their three first goals scored on power plays, Mattias Ekholm scored two of them. But MoDo didn't gave up and Per-Åge Skrøder tied the game less than a minute after Brynäs' third goal. But Brynäs' would score a fourth power play goal, with only 45 seconds left to play when Carl Järnkrook scored before Silfverberg added 5-3 in the open net. The game ended with a big brawl with three players given game misconducts.

Two quick goals halfway through the game by HV71 lay ground to the win against Skellfteå. That gave HV71 2-0, HV71 also had a 3-1 lead before a late goal by Skellefteå gave the game some nerve at the end. Daniel Grillfors continues to show good form by scoring two goal for HV71.

In a quite close game Frölunda won on after overtime on away ice. An unusual win for the worst away team of the league. Mathis Olimb scored the game winner when Fredrik Pettersson found him on a counter attack. In regular time Frölunda took the lead twice but Växjö came back and took the game to overtime. Reddox had two points for Växjö while Olimb had the same for Frölunda
