Djurgården took the last chance and won their first game of the playoffs, Färjestad scored late winner and are now close to the semi finals.
Djurgården - Luleå 4-2 (1-3 in games)
Djurgården had to win this game not to be eliminated. Luleå took an early lead but after that Luleå had nothing in the first two periods. But despite only having six shots on goals for the first two periods Luleå still held a tie 1-1. But at the end the game finished with a well deserved win for Djurgården. Mattias Tjärnqvist scored the game winning goal before Djurgården scored the insurance in an empty net.
Brynäs - Färjestad 1-2 (1-3 in games)
Everyone was waiting for overtime when Rickard Wallin scored the game winner with less than two minutes left to play. Färjestad now only needs one more win to reach the semi finals.
Linköping - Skellefteå 0-1 (2-2 in games)
The first quarter finals between those two teams were entertaining and filled with scoring chances. Today it was obvious that noone wanted to lose this important game. Fredrik Warg who was back from injury scored the only goal of the game at 52:12.
