Nottingham handed Glasgow their sixth defeat in a row with a shutout win over the Clan at intu Braehead.
John Rheault opened the scoring in this game between the two teams battling for third in the table, converting on the powerplay after 8:25. Dylan Richard doubled the visitors’ lead 4:54 into period two, and despite trading some penalties there was no more scoring before the 40 minute buzzer. Luke Pither put the Panthers three up with 4:31 gone in the final period, before he rounded off the scoring shorthanded with 4:06 to play.
