All 10 teams from the Top-10 division and the 6 best teams of the other division qualify for the playoffs.
Two overaged skaters and one goalie are allowed per game in the regular season. In the playoffs no overaged players are allowed.
Clubs with senior teams in SHL can't be relegated.

Swedish junior leagues are paused
The Swedish Ice Hockey Federation´s executive committee decided yesterday to pause league games for J20 National and J18 Regional due to increased spread of covid-19.
The decision applies from November 11 and at least until the turn of the year.
