Färjestad - Brynäs 4-1

The game had 70 penalty minutes and Färjestad gave away seven power plays to the power play strong Brynäs but Brynäs' only scored on one of them and Färjestad won 4-1. Färjestad is now in sixth place but has only four points down to the playoff line. Brynäs is in third place only two points from the first place.

HV71 - Timrå 1-0

Timrå is now twenty points behind the closest team at the bottom of the table. They did one of their strongest games of the season against HV71 but still lost 0-1. Timrå has had big problems with their scoring since Tommy Andersson took over as head coach. In this game they had 38 shots on goal but Andreas Andersson saved them all. Jesper Thörnberg scored the only goal of the game only five minutes into the game.

Luleå - MoDo 1-4

Luleå still leads the league despite they lost 1-4 at home to MoDo who currently has the last playoff spot. MoDo finished the game with two empty net goals and Luleå scored their only goal of the game between those goals. Per-Åge Skrøder and Niklas Sundström both had one goal, one assist and +3.

Skellefteå - Frölunda 3-6

Fredrik Pettersson scored three goals when Frölunda won their seventh consecutive game. Skellefteå had 43-20 in shots on goal but Frölunda was very effective. Christian Bäckman also had three assists for Frölunda that now passed Skellefteå and went up to second place in the league.

Djurgården - AIK 1-4

The fan clubs had decided to boycott the game in a protest againt police behaviour in earlier games. Still over 10000 spectators turned up to a derby that was most calm outside the ice in a long time. On the ice Djurgården took the lead by Erik Gustafsson in the first period but two goals in 28 seconds in the second period scored the game around. The Ahlström brothers are hot right now and Victor had 1+1 and Oscar scored one goal. AIK is still over the playoff line while Djurgården is seven points behind the last spot.

Växjö - Linköping 3-2 SO

Steve Saviano scored one goal and one assist when Växjö took two important points in the game between the ninth placed and tenth placed. Växjö is now only one point behind the playoff teams while Linköping is five points behind Växjö.
