AaB Ishockey to the Danish semis

AaB Ishockey won game 7 of the Danish AL-Bankligaen quarter finals against Rødovre Mighty Bulls to join SønderjyskE, Blue Fox Herning and Odense Bulldogs in the semi finals.
The series between AaB Ishockey and Rødovre Mighty Bulls was the closest of the Danish quarter finals. AaB needed seven games to advance to the next round. The last game was won 3-1 away with goals by Craig Switzer Rasmus Olsen and Bjarke Møller. The series started with two home wins but in the next five games the away team managed to win. Rødovre won the first game 3-0. AaB won the second 6-4. With the first away win of the series AaB won game 3 6-3. Rødovre tied the series in game 4 with a 3-2 win. AaB won game 5 2-0 and Rødovre game 6 3-1.
Blue Fox Herning won the series against EfB Ishockey 4-1 after a loss in the 4th game. Odense Bulldogs and SønderjyskE both won their quarter final series 4-0 against Frederikshavn White Hawks and Herlev Eagles respectively.
In the semi finals SønderjyskE choose to play Blue Fox Herning. The other semi final will be played between Odense Bulldogs and AaB Ishockey.
Three players have managed to score 8 points in the playoffs to lead it in scoring. Kasper Degn of AaB has scored 5 goals and 3 assists. Herning's Jason Walters has scored 4+4 and Quinn Hancock of Herning pas got 3+5 points.
