SKA demolishes Atlant again 5-1 and extend the lead in the series, Dynamo tied their series against Torpedo at 2:2.
Dynamo 3–2 TorpedoDynamo beat Torpedo 3-2 and tied the series at 2:2. Dynamo opened the scoring when they got a power-play chance with Alexei Ugarov in the penalty box for tripping. Dominik Granak used this chance with a long distance shot and a series of ricochets. Early in the second Torpedo returned to the game and scored twice with a PP goal by Alexei Ugarov and a one-timer by Dmitry Makarov. At 43:51 Jakub Klepis tied the game with an assist from Filip Novak. With 2:49 to play in the third Konstantin Gorovikov closed the game with the 3:2 for Dynamo. Dynamo outshot Torpedo 37-31, where most parts of the shots came in the third. In the last period Dynamo made 16 shots on Vital Koval’s net and the goalie from Belarus stoned only 14 of them.

Atlant 1–5 SKASKA beat Atlant in the fourth game of the semifinals in the Western conference in Mytischi and made the series score 3:1. At 02:45 Patrick Thoresen won a faceoff, fed up a pass to Dmitry Kalinin who fired from the blue line under the crossbar of Konstantin Barulin’s net. Later in the first Alexander Kucheryavenko motored at the right wing and increased the SKA lead with a sharp angle shot. SKA played very aggressive trying to scare their opponents. In one episode Yevgeny Artyukhin made a hit on Andrei Zubarev who got an injury and had to leave the ice rink. With 36 seconds to play in the period Igor Makarov came over the right wing and increased SKA's lead with a high shot.
In the third Viktor Tikhonov got a puck in the offensive zone and found himself alone to make it 0:4. A minute later Atlant goalie Konstantin Barulin made a rude mistake and made a pass to Patrick Thoresen's stick. The Norwegian scored an empty-net goal from a short angle. It seemed that it was already the end and both teams began prepare for the fifth game. Jakub Stepanek was close to make another playoff shutout but all hopes died when Patrick Zackrisson added a puck into the net after Maxim Semyonov’s shot.
Fifth game will be played at Mar 21 in St. Petersburg.
