Donbas, Berkut and Levy ask to set age limit in Ukranian League

Three clubs sent an open letter to Federation to introduce an age limit from 2013-14 season
The official website of Donbas Donets'k published a joint statement by the Igor Churkin, David Zhvanii and Boris Kolesnikov - Presidents of Levy L'viv, Berkut Kyiv and Donbas - addressed to the Chairman of the Ice Hockey Federation of Ukraine Anatoly Brezvin and to PHL CEO Yuri Zagorodnev requesting the establishment of a "age limit" for Professional Hockey League participants.
"Guided by the idea of the development and promotion of hockey as a national sport, we address you a request for a change in the Rules of the Ukrainian championship hockey season 2013-2014. We ask to considering to limit the age of players at 25 years. More, 7 players in the roster must be under 21 years of age and 7 members from each team must be citizens of Ukraine" said the statement
