He also assisted the 5-0 goal and has now scored 32 (10+22) points in 23 games and leads the league in scoring five points ahead of Carl Söderberg of Linköping and fellow Skellefteå player Joakim Lindström. Erik Forssell, Ryan Vesce, Joakim Lindström and Oscar Lindberg scored the other four goals. With 18 saves Joacim Eriksson was the only goalie to earn a shut-out in the 23rd Elitserien round. Skellefteå outshot Rögle 59-18.

Two goals in the first period were enough for the league leader HV71 to beat Frölunda at home. Per Ledin and Jason Krog scored for HV71. Viktor Stålberg scored Frölunda's goal in the middle of the second period.
Timrå also won its game thanks to a great opening period. Simon Önerud scored 1-0, Jonathan Hedström 2-0 and Per Hallin 3-0. The game was Timrå captain Hallin's game 500th for Timrå. Christian Berglund scored the only goal for the visitor Färjestad nine minutes before the end.
