Granlund scores three goals when Finland comes back twice and beat Switzerland after penalty shootout.
Switzerland made another strong effort and had the lead both 2-0 and 4-2 but still lost after penalty shootout again despite another big game by Melvin Nyffeler who made 52 saves.
"It hurts. It really hurts to lose a shootout for the second time," Nyffeler said to IIHF. "We need to score more in the shotoout. We were leading. We should have won."
Goals from Martschini and Andrighetto gave the Swiss a 2-0 lead after the first but Finland tied the game in the second after goals by Granlund and Teravainen. The second period was completely dominated by the Finns who had 21-2 in shots.
The third period was dramatic. First Alessio Bertaggia stole the pack and made it 3-2 for the Swiss already after one minute. Ten minutes later Switzerland was up by two again when Dario Simion scored after some lucky bounces who gave him the chance.
But Finland would come back again Teravainen scored his second goal of the game and with 1:40 left and with an extra attacker on the ice also Markus Granlund scored his second of the game, scoring after a face off.
In the shootout Switzerland lost again and Markus Granlund scored his third goal of the game to give Finland the bonus point.
Switzerland will now need a win against the Czechs to reach the quarter finals while Finland could have a chance of winning the group if they beat Sweden.
