Game one was won 4-1 by Luleå in Karlstad on Friday. Today Luleå won again, this time at home to get a 2-0 lead of the Elitserien semi final series.

Deciding for the game was the opening of the second period when Luleå moved from 1-1 to 4-2. Christian Berglund had opened the scoring for Färjestad and Cam Abbott tied it in the first period. The two first goals of period two were both set up by Linus Klasen. He assisted Joonas Vihko for 2-1 and Jan Sandström for 3-1 during the first two minutes. Forty seconds later Mikael Johansson made it 3-2 but Cam Abbott replied with his second goal of the game at 26:39.

With a late goal in the third period Luleå secured the 5-2 win. Mika Pyörälä scored it short-handed.

"I think it was a good hockey game", says Luleå's coach Jonas Rönnqvist to C More. "Many good performances out there. Intense, lot of struggle, and hell of a pace, so it was nice to win".
