Both clubs have financial problems and are out from next Polish League but can appeal.
The Clubs' Licensing Committee of Polish Federation met in Warsaw on 12.08 to examine the applications of teams for playing in next season. Nineteen clubs granted their license for 2013/14, including five from Polish Hockey League.
Polonia Bytom, MMKS Podhale Nowy Targ and JKH GKS Hawks already got license at the end of July. Now joined this group GKS Katowice, KH Sanok, GKS Tychy, Unia Oswiecim and KTH Krynica.
Zaglebie Sosnowie and Cracovia Krakow haven't received license: Cracovia failed to pay financial arrears to the Federation and Sosnowiec not completed the required documentation for the license. The clubs may now appeal to the Board.

MUKS Orlik Opole, Legia Warsaw, UKH Debica, KS Toruń, UKH Unia Oswiecim, GKS Stoczniowiec Gdańsk, KS Cracovia 1906, UKHK Unia Oswiecim, MKS Falcons Torun, UHKS Mazovia Warsaw, Lodz LKH, huKS Bears Gdynia, Poznan PTH and Wild Crocodiles Poznan.
