Linköping and Växjö advanced tonight to the SHL semi finals. Linköping beat HV 71 4-2 while Växjö beat Örebro in overtime.

Nichlas Hardt was the man to watch this night. He tied the game 1-1, he got a cross-check to the face by Jere Karalahti that the referees didn't see, he assisted to Daniel Rahimi's 2-2 goal and he scored the game-winning 3-2 goal at 56:17. Brock Little was also hot for the guests with the empty net goal for 4-2 and assists to the first three Linköping goals. Linköping now won the series 4-2 and moves on to the semi finals.
Örebro HK - Växjö Lakers HC 4 - 5 (1-1, 1-1, 2-2, 0-1) Series 2-4
Henrik Löwdahl scored 4-3 for Örebro at 58:09 and it looked like there would be a seventh game in Växjö on Wednesday. But only 14 seconds before the end of the third period Jani Lajunen tied it with his third goal of the playoffs. Another Finnish player, the veteran Tomi Kallio, then got the series-winning goal for Växjö at 2:06 of the overtime.
