After an unbelievable performance Canada takes another win.
First period brought us really close game. There were Swedes to score the first goal, it was scored by Lander. Canada then started to attack really bravely, but again the Swedes scored, and they scored twice. At the time 17:21 Rask highed for 2:0, just 28 seconds later Forsberg made it 3:0 for Sweden. Nothing changed to the end of period.
Second period showed us a successful chase of the Canadian team, it took them only 8 minutes to tie things up. The goals for the Canadians were scored after beautiful actions. Goal scorers were : Ekblad, Hall and Couturier. However the last word in this period belonged to the Swede Möller who scored just a minute after the Canadian equalizer and made it 4:3 for Sweden after the second.
The third period was really close. Wiercioch scored another equalizer for the Canadians. Then came Canada's powerplay from which they really made use. Ennis scored and the Canadians were leading for the first time in this match. To the end of the match Swedes tried to tie it but it was too much for them and 2 minutes before the end Seguine scored an empty netter to definitely win the match for the Canadians.
