Frölunda won their second straight game tonight after a hard game against JYP Jyväskylä. Färjestad had an equaly tough game against Davos, where the game went to overtime.
Färjestad BK got their revenge in tonights rematch against HC Davos. The swedish team lost at home, 4-0, just a week ago, but tonight they got to cheer. It was a tough game, which had to be decided in overtime. After three periods of play, Robbie Earl found a way in behind Leonardo Genoni.

Frölunda HC-JYP Jyväskylä
Frölunda had a tight game against the Finnish team. It wasn't a well played game and there was a lot of emotions going on. At several times when the referees have whistled, it was situations and some roughing. Ryan Lasch had a great night as he scored twice and was a constant threat every time he entered the offensive zone.
Frölunda took the lead early in the first period, but Jyväskylä equalized the game after fifteen minutes of play. Though they were close to score again, Frölunda took the lead once again before the act was over.
The intensity from both teams continued in the second, but with the result of no goals. In the third act, JYP came out strong and Joose Antonen gave the visitors 2-2. Frölunda wanted to show their home crowd that they could play hockey and that last years final spot wasn't a coincidence. With 6:02 left of the third period, Frölunda scored the game-winning goal after Arrturi Lehkonen found a whole behind Tuomas Tarkki.
