Poland and Kazakhstan win again

On the second day of the World Championship Div. IB in Kyiv Poland and Kazakhstan collected their second win.

Estonia managed to keep the score against Poland close for almost periods. Maciej Urbanowicz scored 3-1 for Poland with three minutes remaining of the second period and Mikolaj Lopuski and Marcin Kolusz scored early in the third. With five minutes remaining of the game Poland had a 8-1 lead but Estonia added a couple of goals in the final minutes.

more creative and feel like we can compete at a level up, too.”

Great Britain beat Ukraine yesterday and was close to another upset today but Kazakhstan's Dmitri Dudarev scored the game-winning 2-1 goal at 54:34.
"This result shows how far our program has come," said Britain’s Danny Meyers to iihf.com. “We’re very upset about losing this game. We’re still hoping for a gold medal.”
