group there is something you cannot miss. Let´s look at group A in which Tappara
are on the leading position with a six point lead. Wolfsburg, Salzburg and
Banská Bystrica are waiting for the second place battle. Wolfsburg have the
greatest chance, other two teams must win both of their upcoming games.

The clash
for the first place is going to be part of the show in group B. Kometa Brno
have a certainty of the next round, but there are some teams, who also have a
big chance to join the Czech team. Malmö need one point, but even if they do not
achieve it, they will still have a chance in the next game-day. KalPa hope for
failure of Malmö against Kometa, because any point made by Swedish team on
Tuesday will mean KalPa´s elimination. It is clear, that Stavanger cannot reach
the play-off, but they still can reach the third place.

Lakers have their spot in the next round, but another battle is coming for the
second position. Liberec have three points lead before HC Davos who are chasing
them to take them off from the second place. All the Davos need to do is to
collect five points in their two remaining games. Huge fighting matches are
expected in the group F as well. Anybody can advance to the TOP16. Nottingham,
currently defending the first place with two points lead, have the best
position. But as we said, all is open for everybody from this group.
