For the second consecutive year the Latam Cup will be played at the Ice Den of Coral Spring, Florida under the organization of Amerigol International Hockey Association. From 2019 edition, Latam Cup gains the partnership of Warrior Hockey, committed to help grow hockey in Latin America and the Caribbean

The 2019 edition will see the international debut of Jamaica, since 2012 an associate member of the IIHF, but that has never participated in any international competition, and Puerto Rico, where hockey is organized since 2004.
