tragically died at the age of 24. He collapsed on the ice of
Dornbirn, Austria, last Friday, was in serious condition and eventually
died of heart failure.

According to the information reported by hokejportal, the club GM Dušan Pašek was supposed to have committed suicide at Koliba in Bratislava, he was allegedly missing since yesterday.
Pasek was supposed to receive a few more phone calls yesterday morning, he seemed calm and nothing seemed to indicate a tragedy.
Dusan Pasek Jr.was the son of the legendary Slovan Bratislava and the Czechoslovak national team forward Dušan Pašek Sr .The famous "Ceco" also died tragically, when he was shot dead in his office on March 14, 1998, and the death of the then president of the Slovak Ice Hockey Association (SZĽH) was officially concluded as suicide.
Dusan Pasek Jr.was a pupil of Bratislava hockey. He made his debut in the Slovan in the 2003/2004 season, and in the following year he was looking forward to winning the championship title with the Bratislava club. From the year 2006/2007 he was a player of Skalica, where he spent three seasons. Then he moved to HC Košice, in the match against Banská Bystrica on November 23, 2010 he recorded his first hat-trick in the highest Slovak competition. At the end of the season, he won his second extra-league title.
In February 2016, he decided to end his playing career due to long-term health problems.
