Gullpucken to Anders Bastiansen

Anders Bastiansen of Färjestad and Team Norway won the award Gullpucken as the Norwegian player of the year.
Gullpucken (The Golden Puck) is the oldest and most prestigious award given to a player in Norwegian hockey. The prize is awarded to the player, who in games with the club and national teams have excelled the most during the season. For the season 2010/2011 the Norwegian federation NIHF decided to give Gullpucken to Anders Bastiansen.
Bastiansen won the Swedish Championship with Färjestad and was named Best Player of the playoffs. In the World Championship Bastainsen scored 7 points in 7 games.
Anders Bastiansen is also one of six nominated players for the award
European Player of the Month for April/May.
