Dinamo Riga beat Amur 2-1 in Khabarovsk in one of KHL's six games today. Another surprising result was Sibir's shootout win to SKA St. Petersburg.

Dinamo Riga won in Khabarovsk to earn three important points in the battle for the playoff spots. Riga now has 10 points down to the 9th spot of the conference.
Krisjanis Redlihs scored 0-1 on a powerplay early in the second period. Sergei Plotnikov tied it at 45:43 but a few minutes later Riga regained the lead when Jamie Lundmark beat Jan Lasak.

Atlant with Dmitrij Kotschnew in the net shut out Novokuznetsk. Eduard Lewandowski scored twice and Jonas Andersson scored a goal for the third consecutive game.
Sibir had a 3-2 lead in the third period and was close to an upset, but Dmitri Kalinin scored his second goal of the game at 59:11 to tie it. Sibir got the shootout win thanks to a goal bu Alexander Suglobov. Artem Kryukov scored two goals for Sibir.
