The World Junior Championships start today

Today starts the first of IIHF six U20 World Championships - Division 2B in Tallinn Estonia. Division 2A and both the Division 1's also start within the next few days.
Today starts the World U20 season with three games in Division 2B in Tallinn. In the opening game Belgium play Mexico, Later today Serbia-Australia and Estonia-Romania will be played.
Tomorrow starts Division 1A in Garmish-Partenkirchen with the host Germany, Norway, Slovenia, Belarus, Austria and Great Britain.
Division 1B in Tychy, Poland, starts on Monday with Italy, Kazakhstan, Poland, Croatia, Japan and France.
Division 2A is played in Donetsk, Ukraine, and also starts on Monday. Participating countries are Lithuania, Ukraine, Hungary, Spain, South Korea and The Netherlands.
The Elite Division of the World Juniors is played in Calgary and Edmonton December 26-January 5. Group A includes Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia and Latvia. The host Canada plays in Gropu B with USA, Finland, Czech Republic and Denmark.
The last one of the U20's to be played is Division 3 in New Zealand. Bulgaria, China, Iceland and Turkey will join the host there January 17-22.
