Goals and assists
In a battle of two teams making strong playoff pushes since the turn of the year, it was Dundee who came out with the important win at the DIA.
Craig Garrigan hit his third goal of the season to put the home side ahead on the 16 minute mark, and that lead was doubled 2:07 into the next period on the powerplay through Brian Hart. Manchester got themselves back in the game with 46:08 gone as Dane Byers kept his scoring run going to make it 2-1, but a powerplay effort rom Fabrizio Ricci with 2:29 remaining was enough to secure the points for the Stars.
