After two losses, thing getting better in Biel. With a third straight win Biel climbs a play-off position.

Biel, Swiss- Before the game, there was a doubt in Biel's mind. Can the top-scorer Marc-Antoine Pouliot be ok to play? Having spend last two days with a season flu nothing was sure. When the game start he was there to play. But clearly not at his level. Certanailly next Saturday against Rapperswil he will be in better shape.

Contrary to last Saturday game against Lugano, Biel do not wait two periods to finally start to play. Since the first minute the home put a pressure in Ambri side given no air space. That pressure would work, visiting team started to do individual mistakes in defense and would cost team the match. Swiss player Emanuel Peter would be the first man to put the puck on the net at 11.21m. One minute later the home score the second, this time on power-play. Power-Forward Philipp Wetzel scores assist by Kallenberger and Tschantré. That was it for first period. Ambri give no reaction to these two goals.

First minutes on second period Ambri came strong and score his only goal by Canadian defender Maxim Moreau(23:15m), after a great pass by former NHL player Richard Park. Biel response will be immediate. At 25.05 Marc Wieser give no chances to Canadian goalie Nolan Schaefer, after a pass by Emanuel Peter. The fourth goal for Biel came by Steve Kallenberger in one hand at 34.35m. It would be the goal of the night.

Third period Biel expect his opponent in neutral zone with the usual 3-1-1 given no space to Ambri. The home team controlled well the game until the end. Steve Kallenberger and Emanuel Peter lead Biel with a goal and assist. But special mention to Phillip Wetzel. The power-forward play the game with eleven stitches in the face, after take a puck last Saturday in power-play by Finnish defender Ilka Heikkinen.

In flash interview Canadian player Eric Beaudoin was a happy player: " We start well, taking a lesson from last game against Lugano. The first goal give us confidence for the rest of the match. Still have a lack of quality chances on power-play. Right now we do a lot of turnovers and our game isn't fluid. We hope that Tyler Seguin give us another dimension  in that part of the game. He has a good caliber and naturally we are waiting a lot from him. But he doesn't play alone and will need our help".

General Manager from Ambri and Swiss hockey legend Jean-Jacques Aeschlimann was not a happy man: " we did a lot of individual mistakes specially in defense. In future we have to better then we did against Biel". About new NHL player Max Pacioretty: "He's a good player, but still needs the teams help to do good things with Ambri".

Tyler Seguin impressions

"With a big size rink, it's important to skate well. Swiss players have goo hand-skills. There is some open space for my hockey, so i think i can do well"

The challenge

"For now I'm a Biel player, not a Bruin. I'm gonna do everything to help team to winning games"

The crowd

"The atmosphere in Biel is just a crazy stuff. Biel have hardcore fans, remind me College games in USA" /LL
