Hungary and the Netherlands stay dominant and play final on Sunday. Croatia and Lithuania get eliminated from Olympic opportunity.

Hungary and the Netherlands will meet in Sunday's final after thrashing their opponents on Saturday. Holland won 9 - 2 over Lithuania and Hungary handled Croatia easily 13-0. The two undefeated squads will meet at 17:30 (GMT +1) on Sunday.

In the first game, the Netherlands started off slowly and a great defensive play on Michal Kars led to an odd man rush. Lithaunia went on the scoreboard first with Bogdziul's open side shot. Joly's effort for the Netherlands throughout the period paid off with the equalizer goal at five minutes left in the first period.

Kevin Bruijsten scored the go-ahead goal on the power play in the second and then again four minutes later to start of a spree of eight unanswered goals by the Dutchmen in the final two periods. Kars redeemed himself by scoring his tournament leading fourth goal as part of a six goal second period.

The Hungarian side did not have a slow start today as they rattled off six goals in the first period on their way to a 13-0 drubbing of Croatia. Tomljenovic had a difficult outing and his defense was not much of a help throughout the game. Nine different players scored for the Hungarian side and Croatia questionably left their goaltender in through 61 shots and 13 goals. Hungary outshot Croatia 61 to 10 in a poor effort for an international match.

Sunday's match will be a challenge for the Hungarian and Dutch defense and goalies as neither have really been tested so far. Both starting keepers did not have to play a full game today because of the large cushion each team was able to provide. Both sides are hoping this extra rest will help them take tomorrow's match that will send the winner to the next round of Olympic qualifying.
