Tarasenko, Bochenski delight

Vladimir Tarasenko and Brandon Bochenski scored three goals each when Sibir beat Barys 4-3.
In the first game of the day Sibir Novosibirsk beat Barys Astana 4-3 in overtime. Brandon Bochenski and Vladimir Tarasenko scored three times. Tarasenko scored his first goal with the opening goal of the game at 4:51. In the second period Brandon Bochenski tied the game with a power-play goal at 26:01. The end of the second was full of interesting things. Firstly Sibir pulled ahead 2-1 with Vyacheslav Belov's goal at 38:04. Then Roman Starchenko took a major penalty for boarding, then Bochenski tied the game with Hutchinson and Junland passes during a long penalty-killing. In the beginning of the third Tarasenko scored his second goal of the night in power-play mode. In the middle of the third spectators had seen a hat-trick by Brandon Bochenski who scored after the pass by Nigel Dawes and tied the game at 51:31. In the overtime Vladimir Tarasenko closed the game with a 4-3 score at 63:35 and made the second hat-trick of the night.
"It was a good game for the spectators, but not for the coaches," newcomer Sibir head coach Dmitry Yushkevich said to Sibir's official site. "Jori Lehterä played the first game after an injury and his appearance helped us to score one more goal today."
Torpedo is continuing not to lose at home since 30 Sep., when Yugra beat them 1-0. But Severstal grabbed a 1-0 lead at 21:30, when Pasi Puistola dished off to Vadim Shipachyov, who found himself alone in the offensive zone and lifted the puck past Vitaly Koval. It was a shorthanded goal, but Torpedo still managed to tie the game at 35:30 with Mikhail Varnakov's goal, who did his best in goalmouth scramble. 21 seconds later Dmitry Vorobyov got 2 minutes for roughing and Severstal forward Alexey Tsvetkov turned it into 2-1 lead at 36:54. In the third Torpedo made a comeback and saved their home winning streak, Juuso Hietanen and Evgeny Varlamov scored 1 minute and 28 seconds apart to give their team a victory.
Tied the game 57 seconds left in third Vityaz won't able to manage a win in an away game against Dynamo. Leonid Komarov opened the scoring with 1:07 left in the first period. Sergey Konkov also assisted on the play. Artemiy Panarin's 4-on-3 goal tied the game later in the second. Early in the third gave an opportunity to use power-play chance for Dynamo. Jakub Klepis converted it into a 2-1 lead at 42:28. With 1 minute and 7 seconds left in the third Vityaz pulled the away goalie, and 10 later scored with Mikhail Anisin's 15th season goal. In the regulations and overtime Vityaz goalie Danila Alistratov stopped 44 shots, keeping cool as Dynamo peppered him with shots during the whole game. In the fifth shootout round Georgiy Belousov's shot was stoned by Dynamo goalie Aleksandr Yeryomenko, and Marek Kvapil closed the game with a 3:2 score as in shootout series as in the game at all.
"First of all you need to score, what you create. We couldn't score from 100% of the situations the last games," Dynamo head coach Oleg Znarok said to Dynamo's official site. "Moreover guys were thinking about a rest, it was the last game before the Euro Hockey Tour break, the heads are full of non-hockey thoughts. We try to motivate them, but…"
