Historic first ever final for Val Pusteria began positively: without capitain Thomas Pichler and top scorer Sirianni, both injured, home team managed to equalize opening De Marchi goal (De Marchi took a game penalty during 2nd period and will be out from game 2, tough loss for Asiago) and overturns game in second period despite a brilliant game by Asiago goalie Daniel Bellissimo.
